As a side hustle, I consider myself an entrepreneur within the world of specialty coffee and photography. With 9 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer within the Medical Device Industry, I've been responsible for ensuring suppliers meet our company's requirements for Quality and Service. I focus on driving suppliers to continuously improve business and manufacturing processes through feedback regarding performance. Along with Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing, I support, evaluate and select suppliers for NPI a/o Sustaining activities. I give my best to advise and take decisions based on trend analysis, common sense, and negotiation.
