In my previous role as a Contracts Coordinator, I served as a liaison between Enterprise Business department and IT Customer Master to ensure accurate and timely data entry into SAP. I also facilitated the process of drafting RFP responses by gathering data and creating reports for the Enterprise Business Managers, and was responsible for analyzing data for promotional opportunities in assistance to the Enterprise Business Managers. I have maintained contract lifecycle information, along with pricing files, spend reports, and IDN/GPO membership files for hospitals and healthcare systems across the nation. As a former Logistics and Operations professional, I have managed all aspects of shipping operations including handling and packaging of products for warehouse stock and customer delivery. I have performed daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing inventory and backorder fill, utilized laminating methods and/or saran wrapping of products, and maintained up-to-date marketing materials and product inventory in the warehouse.
