As a Mechanical Engineer with a dual BS & BA from the University of San Diego, and a minor in Mathematics, I have cultivated a robust foundation in both theoretical principles and practical engineering applications. My technical proficiency is complemented by strong interpersonal skills and confident engineering calculations. My experience spans CAD modeling, Finite Element Analysis, Fluid Mechanics, Applied Thermodynamics, and Heat Transfer, having applied these in design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes. I have experience with 3D printing for both prototype and end product development. I am proficient in software and tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks FlowSim and FEA Simulations, Python, C#, and Microsoft 365. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to solve complex engineering challenges and drive innovation in the industry.Currently, I am a Staff Engineer at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc, where I specialize in Property Condition Assessments (PCA). My role involves comprehensive evaluations of multifamily, industrial, municipal, and commercial properties. I ensure these buildings meet operational efficiency and industry standards (ASTM E2018-24) by conducting in-depth assessments on their structural, mechanical, and electrical systems (MEP). This includes analyzing, reviewing, and drafting technical reports on property types for their structural integrity as well as their mechanical and electrical systems.
