We work hard, together. We do this with a positive attitude, our best foot forward, and an effective game plan. At first it seems difficult, but as you put things into perspective and complete tasks, what was once daunting is now done. This is how we do things. I am self-motivated and ready to lead in every situation. I am enthusiastic about growing about helping others along the way. Some people may be shy to say that they don't understand something. This is not me. As a leader, it is okay to say that you do not understand something and ask for someone else to teach you. I would rather let my dignity take a hit than to let my team down. As you can probably already tell, I'm here to win. As a Trainer at Apple, I create and deliver customized training curriculums for new team members, lead cross-functional teams in executing training program components, and develop and maintain project documentation and communication. I have over two years of experience in iPhone repair, diagnostics, and software updates, and I am certified in Project Management, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and Jamf. I am passionate about learning, growing, and helping others achieve their goals. I have a proven track record of leading and collaborating with diverse groups of people, stemming from my previous roles at the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation and Sprint. I am always eager to take on new challenges, seek feedback, and improve my skills. My mission is to deliver high-quality training solutions that empower, inspire, and enable my team and my company to succeed. I am an avid learner, currently gaining several PMI certified project management certifications. If I am not at my desk, you can usually find me at the Grand Canyon Diner asking the waiter for butter pecan ice cream.
