About Hectory Chibele

For over 9 years I have progressively developed and acquired blend of technical skills and experiences in program management and leadership. Overtime, mastering key professions as institutional capacity building, strategic communications, community engagement and development. Successfully I have developed and managed programs integrating public health, social development, human rights and gender; from planning, designing, budgeting, supervising, evaluating and documenting results. In my current and previous job roles, I have been working with international NGOs implementing donor-funded projects, FBOs, CSOs, and other community social structures while collaborating with government partners, private sectors, and the media. With these capacities I have developed practical know-how and succeeded in designing and delivering working communication strategies, managed multi-sector partnerships, building institutional capacities of local organizations (CSOs) in areas of strategic planning, governance, resource mobilization and project performance among others.
