About Heena Agarwal

I head Talanoa Consulting, a boutique HR & OD consulting firm with a focus is to build empowered and engaged workforces. The organizations and workforces are evolving rapidly to match the pace of technological advancements and I would love to collaborate with them on this journey. I believe good ideas need even greater focus on execution to achieve success. A long stint in IT companies gave me a deeper understanding of how technology is shaping future organizations and how people adapt to it. I have extensive experience in driving Change Management and Organizational Development initiatives to successful closure. Training & Facilitation remains close to my heart and I have designed and delivered various customized workshops on behavioral and leadership skills for all the levels over the years. An MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad, I have worked with companies like Tech Mahindra, Atos, Tata Steel, KPIT and Lafarge in HR functions.My strength lies in conceptualizing solutions and outcome-focused delivery. The feedback that I often get is about my ability to build rapport with the stakeholders to co-create and deliver results that matter.
