I am currently a Senior Program Manager, Acquisition & Migration at FedEx Express International, where I spearhead change management initiatives and advance strategy development. I have over 15 years’ experience across program management and people development for the transportation, logistics, FMCG, and insurance industries. I have a passion for changing the way companies operate, implementing change management initiatives, and building cultures that prioritize employee well-being and inspire people to be their best. My experience leading programs, projects, and stakeholders has given me a holistic perspective on designing the right strategies and leading teams to execute them.
