With over two years of work experience in the insurance industry, I am an associate placement broker at HUB International, where I help clients find the best solutions for their risk management needs. I have a strong background in customer success, sales process optimization, and key account management, which I developed through my previous role as an Account Operations Manager and Sales leader at Grab. There, I managed a portfolio of over 100 key accounts, launched major partnerships, and improved business processes. I also have a graduate diploma in management with a double concentration in business and public management, and a research assistant experience at York University, where I participated in a project on digital transformation in financial institutions. I am passionate about learning new skills, improving business processes, and delivering value to customers.
