About Heide Knight

I am a Performance Improvement Analyst with a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University and a Health and Life Coach. I have more than seven years of experience in leading and supporting various process improvement initiatives in the public health sector, using lean methods and whole brain thinking tools. I also have a passion for personal transformation and through individual and group coaching help people achieve their goals and improve their well-being through mindset and habit change. As a Performance Improvement Analyst, I work with the Oregon State Hospital and the Oregon Health Authority to identify, analyze, and implement solutions for enhancing the quality and efficiency of health services and programs. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as clinicians, managers, and patients, to understand their needs and challenges, and to improve, design and implement effective services and care systems. Some of the projects I have contributed to include improving patient treatment provision, increasing staff engagement, and optimizing resource allocation. In my independent business, I am a health and life coach. I partner with individuals who want to make positive changes in their personal and professional lives, such as improving their health, finances, relationships, or career. I use evidence-based coaching techniques, in a 12-week transformation framework that supports incremental habit change focusing on goal development and action planning, to help them develop a clear vision, overcome barriers, and create sustainable easy habits that support their growth and fulfillment.
