About Heidi Argyle

Hi Everyone! I am a radiant creator, playful by nature, intelligent to a fault, who believes in providing sanctuary to those who need it and a powerful leader. Art Therapist by trade, and have been working as a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario for about 10 years. Heidi is also a Kink Knowledgeable Therapist, Sex Therapist and believes art can be the bridge to good stuff we didn't know we needed. Heidi has been making art since. well it's been a long time. She first began teaching art to children at 16. She has been the host to many groups interested in using art as a tool including- Team building for large corporations and small ones- Developmental Services for children, teens and adults- Community fairs, events, seminars- Presenter at mental health conferences, teacher of new therapists, leader of camps, wellness retreats, seminars - guest speaker at universities- General dancing weirdo who likes to explore all the things life has to offer. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all solution to mental health and practitioners need to be as flexible as the persons they are working with. I find joy in the challenge of being with a person who is working on understanding their personal journey to pleasure, joy and fulfillment. Currently, I run a full time clinical private practice in Waterloo, Ontario. As well, I am building a Therapeutic arts programming space for sexually marginalized folks to exist. I've called this endeavor TACK: Therapeutic Arts for Curious Kinksters! TACK runs monthly online gatherings designed to target self-care, self-esteem, community building and personal exploration. My Dream: is to have an Art Hive, accessible to all persons wanting to dive into their creative selves. I am actively taking steps to attain this dream, so it is in fact a goal! Offering Arts Wellness workshops online for communities, workplaces or other needs. Contact me for more information.
