PROFILE I am a results-driven sales and business development director and the founder of The BRAND-COLLAB. Brand-Collab proves interim fashion solutions to the global apparel and footwear industry. We collaborate with great brands from emerging start-ups to international omnichannel organizations looking to grow responsibly. My corporate experience in building brands spans the apparel and footwear industries within the sports, fitness, wellness, lifestyle and fashion and accessories arenas working with successful brands including Radley London, UGG, Hoka One One, Reebok, Nike, Victoria’s Secret, Canterbury of New Zealand, Triumph Motorcycles, John Smedley & Stop and Shop Supermarket Company. My commercial experience includes implementing successful go-to-market strategies across multiple regions, managing internal and external teams to meet corporate objectives, negotiating strategic licensing partnerships and seeking out and appointing a network of distributors and key accounts using wholesale, retail and franchise models; maximising revenue at minimal company investment. From an apparel perspective I have developed multi-million $ lifestyle ranges from scratch, in a start-up entrepreneurial environment, product managed global celebrity sports collections, established sourcing strategies and re-branded a technical apparel collection to drive higher margins. I enjoy giving back and mentoring through my work within Higher Education, I enjoy presenting and lecturing business students.
