With over 20 years of business experience, I am looking for new opportunities. In my professional career, I have been responsible for managing accounts in one capacity or another. Most recently over the past 17 years in the AT & T Business Office, some of my roles included handling customer inquiries, billing, retention, grievances, appeals, proper coding, and project management. All while multitasking through regional accounts and several business applications. I possess a strong focus on complex conflict resolution, as well as meeting or exceeding the needs of the business. Most importantly, I prioritize and successfully complete time-sensitive requirements with the highest level of integrity and compliance.Being in this industry for so many years has allowed me to perfect my interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism for both the company and its clients.I am easily adaptable and can work well independently or within a diverse group of coworkers and customer base. As a self-motivated individual, I constantly look forward to embracing new challenges and learning new skills. I’m ready to take on a new profession for my future career.You might notice a recent gap in my work history. Please know that my previous employer was reluctantly forced to relocate to another city due to corporate restructuring that unfortunately impacted employment for myself as well as several hundred of my colleagues in our business office. However, with the generous severance package received, I’ve been able to use this time to reassess my skills and interests while engaging in independent study and learning the latest industry trends and developments to stay up-to-date for my next professional journey.
