For 20 years, I've been making digital innovation happen across Africa and Europe. Now, at Backbase, I'm leading the charge to transform our field teams. My goal? Simplify and improve maturity of the organization, creating frameworks that transform all phases of the customer journey and enable teams to focus on measurable growth. I'm all about getting sh*t done: tackling big, complex projects, lining up the right people and tech, and making sure we grow sustainably worldwide. I use data and analyse behaviour to make smart decisions, improve how we work, and keep our customers happy, no matter where they are. I've been recognized for my work as a woman in FinTech and I'm passionate about building inclusive workplaces and helping women leaders succeed. I also speak publicly and sit on boards for women's leadership groups, pushing for digital change and diversity on a global scale.
