About Heidi Gansert

I'm an experienced leader having served at the highest levels of the public and private sectors with a wealth of budget and policy knowledge. I have a passion for public service and have worked to support the growth and sustainability of my state's economy with attention to commerce, energy and economic development policy. I've been honored to receive awards and recognition from organizations such as the Aspen Institute and Council of State Governments (CSG) West. As a Director on Plumas Bancorp's (Nasdaq - PLBC) Board of Directors, I've gained additional private sector leadership experience. I enjoy chairing its Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee as well as serving on its Audit and Branding & Strategy Committees. My analytical background bolsters my ability to help problem solve and strategize as the Bancorp's growth has accelerated over the last several years.
