About Heidi Guest

I began my career in cosmetics as a Clinique Consultant in a San Francisco department store. In my last position with the brand, I was Vice President of Education for Clinique, North America. There, I led a global team in creating initiatives that supported the selection, education, development and retention of both Clinique Consultants and Field Executives.In December, 2008, I launched my first solo venture, The Guest Experience, LLC. Based on my passion for inspiring others to live into their full potential, The Guest Experience works with a broad range of clients to help them architect lives of meaningful engagement through talent identification and strength-based coaching. In 2010, my company formed a channel partnership with Talent Plus, a premier global consulting firm with over 200 world-class, quality-growth-oriented clients. Together we launched, in September 2009, one of the first-ever strength-based leadership development programs at St. Anthony High School in Jersey City, NJ.
