Experienced Health IT Consultant | Project Manager | Interoperability & Digital Transformation Expert I have over 20 years of experience in Finnish Health IT, working across roles such as Project and Program Manager, Key Account Manager, Service Designer, and Consultant. My background includes a strong focus on interoperability (HL7/FHIR, OMOP), change management (Prosci), MDM (Master data management) and digital transformation of healthcare services. I have led and supported various national and regional integration, implementation, development, and interoperability projects in the social and healthcare sector. As a consultant, I now work more broadly across Health IT, combining strategic leadership, lean/agile methods (Leading SAFe, Scrum, Lean), and service design thinking to drive impactful change. My goal is to enable better customer and patient experiences and support more efficient, human-centric digital health services.
