Diving into inventory management, fulfillment, and client success has stretched my thinking in new ways, and I’ve grown to love the pace, variety, and problem solving this industry demands. As a Client Operations Manger at Luminous, I manage a talented CS team, collaborate closely with our developers ‍, and partner directly with clients 🤝 to keep support moving and solutions flowing. I’ve seen firsthand how a great inventory management system can become the single source of truth that brings clarity and confidence to every part of a business. I thrive on connecting with people-whether it’s mentoring my team, aligning with our devs, or working hand-in-hand with clients-and I’m energized by finding ways to streamline processes so everyone can focus on what matters most: keeping inventory accurate, operations efficient, and customers happy.
