About Heidi Knowles-Sullivan

My work experiences in the admin sector and document control require extensive computer literacy. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. I also have Power Point, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat Professional knowledge. The positions I’ve held involve but are not limited to the following: typing, filing, copying, tracking contractor hours, printing all scale drawings, issuing latest revisions and specifications, keeping logs of all drawings and transmittals, updating record set drawings for the Document Control Office as well as some field offices. The Safety Administrator position included keeping daily man-hours/manpower and total project hours for all contractors and employees on site. I also kept all OSHA required documents which included electrical, crane, and power equipment inspection forms, assured grounding records, Job Hazard Analysis forms, MSDS’s, all safety records (recordables, first aids and near misses) and all information for the project contractors. I also kept monthly audit reports, safety meeting minutes for all contractors, Competent Persons Forms and PPE forms. I am willing to expand my qualifications to better suit my position as I am very dedicated to my work no matter the position I hold. I have the ability to multitask and apply myself directly. I take initiative; have a very flexible and adaptable attitude, am conscientious and a very diligent worker. I take pride in my work and learn as much as I can. My true passion is health and fitness. I have held numerous positions in the health and fitness field over the years. I have managed swim facilities, been a personal trainer, taught swim lessons, group fitness-water and land, life guarded and was a water safety instructor. The water chemistry responsibility also fell under the pool management and life guard positions.
