About Heidi Lusenius

Multitalented specialist of regional and strategic planning (like Maritime Spatial Planning), project management and facilitation. Wide and diverse issues as my specialities: land use planning, blue sectors (like marine wind energy as part of renewable energies and maritime transportation), GIS and collaboration. Knowledge of nature conservation and marine nature are also my strenghts. Enthusiastic of new challenges and to investigate, combine information and draw conclusions creatively. Cross-pollinator as one of my core characteristics - experience also of moderating workshops and chairing meetings. Analytic thinking and flexibility in changes as my strenghts. Part of Collaborative Public Manager training during 2018-2019. For most I`m interested in energy sector (wind energy and energy networks), project management and regional planning. About education- major planning geography, including economic geography and architecture- master`s thesis about international cooperation and strategic planning. Gained deeper understanding about maritime spatial planning, ecosystem based planning and international cross-border cooperation. Through variable experiences I have gained international experience and intercultural competence when lived and worked abroad in Chile, Spain, Costa Rica and England just to name few. Fluent in English and Spanish. And what`s one of my strongest drivers? Definitely curiosity, beside positive forward looking attitude.
