I am a purchasing and supply chain executive who advances quality and safety, improves internal and external customer experience and secures financially responsible results. As Director of Purchasing across 150 operating locations, I have successfully led integration, strategy implementation, performance improvement, and change management. Steeped in Lean Management, I am recognized for relentless execution, strong financial management, with a passion that openly engages leaders and staff. Leveraging outstanding communication and motivational skills, I build effective relationships with leaders internal and external, and with all levels of employees. My experience in systems & facility planning, construction projects, and capital management assures the maximum return on investment and balanced budgets. I work cross functionally across all levels using front line problem solving, strategy deployment, and active listening and participation. Creating high performing teams that focus on individual and organizational achievement, I lead with an “it can be done” attitude, instilling confidence in others that they can do it too. I have a deep commitment to equity and inclusion and bring that passion to both work and the community. In my next role, I will join an executive team where I will continue to advance quality, focus on both internal and external customer experience and improve the bottom line.
