In a world of uncertainty, I firmly believe that the ability to anticipate changes is important. My name is Heidi Ng and I am a seasoned professional with an energetic and positive spirit. Creating exceptional experiences every day matters! I have the most fun when I lead innovative projects, especially when I see dust and sparks in the room as we exchange ideas on delivery and execution. I love empowering people to see the light – facilitating those “AHA moments” that open possibilities and change mindsets. My passions are helping people and promoting team engagement. I am at my best when I am digging into a new experience where success is the only acceptable outcome. I am an avid learner, having completed my PMP and B.A. in Economics. I am also a certified Royal Conservatory of Music pianist. I truly appreciate music, arts and any opportunities to be creative. As a self motivator, I thrive on new challenges that allow me to think outside the box. That is when my creativity shines. Since I was little, I have always admired Audrey Hepburn. I liked that she had the passion to help selflessly, possessed a childlike optimism, was always humble, lived for helping others, and that she valued the power of hard work. Most importantly, she kept her family number one.
