What I enjoy most about my work is the process of discovery that unfolds with my clients. I thrive on the unknowns of each journey, always curious and excited about where our coaching will take us.As a visual artist, I bring a deep, creative perspective to my coaching. I use this to help clients explore beneath the surface, uncovering new ways of thinking and imagining. My approach is enriched by Clean Language, Strength-Based transformative coaching, and various creative thinking models.My diverse career path includes roles as a facilitator, trainer, experiential outdoor educator, non-profit manager, research scientist, artist, small business director, and mountain guide. This varied experience is united by a curiosity for experimentation, discovery, and a passion for creating spaces where people can safely explore and thrive.I embrace and celebrate diversity, shaped by my background as the daughter of refugees and immigrants, and by my own experiences as an immigrant. My neurodivergence (ADHD and aphantasia) and LGBTQ+ identities further inform my work and my understanding that there are many different ways of living and thriving in our world.
