About Heidi Schrooten

I have been privileged to be able to combine my passion for people, psychology, communications and technology in my work. I have lead dispersed, multidiciplinary teams, projects as well as development and change processes. I have built my professional experience mainly in NGO’s, but I also understand the operational logic of public and private sector organizations. During the past 20 years I have developed into a versatile expert who is able to work on both strategic and operational level. I am a creative team-player, problem solver and always eager to find smart ways of working. I remain target-oriented, humane and solution-oriented also under pressure. Standig still is a no go for me. I thrive from learning and developing as a professional and as a person. In addition to my current work with families, couples, children and young people, I study social sciences and psychology.
