I am a certified HR professional with a unique background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Client Management for private corporations and government contractors. Ensuring best HR practices and establishing relationships, both externally and internally is where I thrive with my unique skill set. Working primarily for start-up to high-growth mid-size firms, my primary focus has been to develop and manage HR/talent acquisition programs, implement company policies, and build relationships to foster an environment of organizational and employee growth and sustainment. My ability to learn new skills and industries, dedication, and ability to establish rapport and trust with all levels of employees and clients have been proven through a dynamic and successful career of establishing HR departments, finding top-level talent with a focus on a diverse workforce, and expanding business opportunities through the growth of relationships with key clients and assistance in proposal development. My HR expertise includes, but is not limited to, policy and procedure development; federal and state compliance, including FLSA, EEO, SCA and OFCCP requirements; employee relations and retention; benefits analysis/implementation and government security clearance processes. I strongly believe in nurturing the human in "human resources." The employees are the most important facet of a company. Fostering a healthy work environment where people are allowed to create, express, grow, and shine results in employees who will remain devoted to the organization with higher productivity and less turnover. Whether it be an HR management or client management role, I have truly enjoyed the challenge of balancing company needs, HR/legal requirements and employee satisfaction to obtain the best results for organizational growth, sustainment and success.
