Over 25 years of experience, corporate tax consultant with 12+ years in the Big Four, 3 years as a global telecom tax director and 12+ years leading own firm. Developed into business brokering and strategic advising; Maximizing values and minimizing taxes through our customized process so businesses can transition and thrive, and owners can achieve higher payouts. Solving issues and getting deals done. Goals: To build a boutique firm with high levels of expertise and client service while minimizing costs and providing opportunities for our consultants. Helping companies and people with successfully acquiring and exiting businesses. My Strengths: I love solving complex problems, being creative and helping people. Succeeding in taxes is driven by hard work, knowing where to look, digging deeper, comprehensive data analysis, seeing the whole picture, strategic thinking, communicating effectively and persistence. Audit defense is one of my favorite services because it brings all the skills together. Another favorite is business brokering as it encompasses the same skills but really adds to my passion of helping people and solving problems through negotiations to achieve their dream or expansion. I am grateful for the extensive experience and training that I received in the Big 4 and at Syniverse Technologies that have prepared me to take on any project in any industry. The M&A experience was essential to enjoying business brokering and transactions. Now in my own firm, I am doing the projects I really love and building a team to do more of them. I am blessed to have the privilege of working with some of the largest companies and industry leaders, as well as small businesses that entrust us with their dream and livelihood.
