About Heidi Snyder

My name is Heidi and I am a teacher at heart! I am a mother of four adult sons, teacher to children of all ages and adults, former nationally awarded business owner, and entrepreneur. I love spending time with my sons and my dogs. I enjoy traveling and discovering new places and new people. I have been described as a patient, hard-working, passionate, smart, approachable, honest, caring, easy to learn from, and an empathetic person. I love to learn new things and once I learn something, I can't wait to share my knowledge with others. I am currently a first-grade teacher, intervention supervisor for grades K-2, Seesaw Ambassador, and Administrator for Seesaw for Schools. I have been teaching for thirteen years and I have a passion to teach! I also have a passion for learning and I know that I learn fast and easily. I truly believe that my teaching career has been so successful because I truly absorb everything that I learn and I apply it into my teaching to make sure every student of any age is learning all they can. I truly feel that I have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and great organizational skills. I am a very positive person, who is always engaging and encouraging others. I have always lived by the 'Golden Rule' and anyone that knows me knows when I say I am going to do something, I will do it.
