About Heidi Tulensalo

Co-creation. Teamwork. Action. I look at this world through the lenses of service design – one for the people and one for the business. For me, design is about thinking through the whole process, not just one part of the interaction. As a result, I am a human-centered design enthusiast and experienced cross-competence team player, who loves solving wicked problems with help of techniques that encourage creativity and experimentation. I am also fascinated by how the digital and physical worlds are coming together, and thus transforming the way we work, do business and live altogether. At the moment, I'm striving to. 1) create amazing experiences/products/services for others. 2) become stronger and more resilient in order to snatch 45 kg. Both of these goals I believe to be reachable through teamwork – and having chocolate as a back-up plan.
