I have been a Broker/Realtor for over 20 years and have consistently working full time in the real estate industry. I currently am the owner / broker for Lifestyle Realty, a new cutting edge brokerage that has a hybrid approach to real estate. I am the recipient of 100% Club Award 2004,2005,2006 & 2007 President Club 2008 /2009, Masters 2010 - 2016 and Top Producer Award 2018. Served as Central Valley Association Of Realtor President 2009, CVAR Board of Director 2006-2010 & 2016. I am a member of Eastbay Association of Realtors, member of CAR and NAR. I opened and managed the Patterson branch of Re/Max Executive in 2003 for 5 years prior to opening my own brokerage for over 8 years then relocated to the Tri-Valley area where I have extended my real estate career. The extent of my experience has not only been training agents and operating my own offices but also working with investors, relocation departments, developers and of course home buyers and sellers. Not only do I have a vast knowledge and passion for real estate but also has a strong sense of community to which I had served on Parks and Recreation Committees that developed parks, pools, and programs for children and seniors. My dedication in health and fitness pushed me to open a woman fitness studio that specifically focused on not only women physically healthy but emotional and mental health as well. I hold numerous Zumba certificates as well as personal training and group training. I feels that a strong balance of personal life, health and work creates a formula for success which I attributes to my successes.
