About Heidi Ystad

With over 10 years of experience in customer service management and business development, I am passionate about creating and delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I have a strong background in lean processes, manufacturing process improvement, and digital contact channels. As the Head of Customer Experience at Aidn, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. In my previous role as Leder Customer Operations at RiksTV AS, I was responsible for the customer service operations, both internally and externally, with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and quality. I worked closely with the external customer service partner, who had 100 employees, and managed the development and maintenance of the digital contact channels, such as the help pages and chatbot. I also had personnel responsibility for an internal team and was part of the middle management group at RiksTV. I leveraged my skills in customer service management, lean processes, and business development to achieve positive results for the organization and the customers.
