As an enthusiastic communicator, I always find it exciting to turn prejudices upside down and show how multifaceted and digital life insurance actually is. The #pensioncompass, the digital pension overview from Allianz Leben, and the #equalpension initiative are just two of many examples. I regularly discover new aspects of Allianz Leben and I am fascinated by how many interesting and committed people are part of this large team that takes care of the old-age provision of almost 11 million people. As part of a team that is jointly responsible for the internal and external communication of Allianz Leben, it is important to me not only to communicate myself, but also to enable other colleagues to do so, for example on our intranet.
