Enthusiast / Performer / Motivator / Strategist / Innovator / Product Manager / Account Manager What made me most successful in my career has been my strength to work with people, bring them together, motivate them, push them and work on a common strategy and common goals. I enjoy working with people - employees, customers or other stake-holders of a Company. On the other side I can use my talents of analysing complex situations, the capability to condense & communicate, the "view to the future", scenario thinking and to bring this into sound strategies and product roadmaps with success. My wide background coming from mechanical design engineering, bachelor of electronics engineering added with a masters education in sales & marketing along with my experience of different markets, companies and cultures support me to take the right decisions and to be successful with customers and employees. I am an optimistic Person with a good sense of Humor and my core values are honesty and transparency. Markets and People change! The Technology shift to 5G, the internet of Things, Industry 4.0, self driving cars, big data, analytics along with growing demands of customers are a big challenge but mainly a huge opportunity! The same applies to the leadership skills. New Work, intelligent networks, home-office, self learning organisations are the key words in today's management. To meet the needs of future Generations but also work successfully with todays Generations is a huge challenge as well. Not that easy! But as Nike already said:"Just do it" and as Heiko Hutter just said:"Just do it TOGETHER".
