Throughout my career, I’ve worked for globally recognized companies such as Tesla, Magna International, voestalpine, and ThyssenKrupp, with assignments across Europe, North America, and South America. I have successfully built and led high-performing international teams, scaled production systems, and delivered strategic transformation initiatives – most recently playing a key leadership role in Tesla’s Giga Berlin built and ramp-up. My strengths lie in building and leading cross-functional teams, driving technical innovation in manufacturing, and executing efficiency and growth programs – across areas such as assembly automation, tool & die, stamping, and high-volume production.
