About Heiko Schmidt

I am an entrepreneur and expert in AI monetization and healthcare. Over the last 30 years, I have founded and sold businesses in the music, media, and tech industries in the US, Japan, Germany, Australia and Canada. As the Founder of the largest AI monetization expert group on LinkedIn, my recent focus has been on applying AI to create, find, and invest in longevity technologies and services to help Generation 50+ increase their health and lifespan. Some career highlights: Founded and run allforlife.com, an AI analytics driven marketplace/ tele-consulting platform helping patients to connect with mental health resources. We grew the platform to almost practitioners in 20 countries. I have written and produced various hit songs and prime time TV shows, leading to many multinational Gold and Platinum awards and two Japanese Grammies. I have built and sold several record labels, as well as music production and publishing, artist management, and media marketing companies. I created a company to automate all underlying record company and music publishing functionalities to monetize potentially 650 million orphan songs with revenues less than USD 20/year and won the #1 innovation prize at MusicTech in San Francisco in 2015. I developed a breakthrough system engineering music to increase brand recognition by 4.5x for large consumer brands. I devised an international forensic royalty accounting system that has helped more than 100 music publishing clients increase their revenues by up to 70x. I won multiple lawsuits against multinational corporations, allowing songwriters, producers, and artists to cancel their contracts if royalties are underpaid by labels or publishers. I created a new category,"AI monetization,"(monetizing intelligence rather than data) and built the largest such expert network on LinkedIn. I have cultivated a large first-degree network (30k+) of AI researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovation executives. I initiated, co-funded, and conducted a clinical trial with 1,756 UCLA heart patients to find correlations between facial features and cardiovascular diseases. As a Baby Boomer myself, my current focus is on drawing on the latest scientific advances and breakthroughs to innovate longevity tech and services, helping people not only improve their mental health and wellbeing, but to live longer, healthier, and happier lives overall.
