I am a Project Manager at New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII), a nonprofit organization that helps drive and deliver solutions to healthcare delivery systems. I have over five years of experience in the healthcare technology landscape, where I successfully manage planning, monitoring, and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects. My core competencies include Medicaid programs, health information technology, client services, and communication. In addition to quarterly reporting, I arrange schedules, manage and track project progress, conduct status meetings, create and manage project plans, and ensure adherence to SOW requirements. In the past I have provided direct technical support with health information technology implementation and development of registries, support and facilitated practitioners at each phase of improvement, and analyzed provider needs and prioritize work. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery, lowering costs, reducing business inefficiencies, and helping clients capture ideas to create new products and services.
