I’m an experienced Senior Program and Project Manager with a strong background leading technical implementation, migration, and change control programs, projects, and initiatives. As an effective communicator who engages with technical and non-technical stakeholders on a global scale, I take pride in my ability to build productive, cross-functional relationships and drive on-time, on-budget planning and delivery. I’m skilled at connecting business objectives with technical requirements and executing detailed reporting and tracking methods to coordinate large-scale initiatives, network migrations, acquisitions, and divestures. As a Senior Project Manager at BT Group plc, I successfully led and completed a program involving the migration of 90+ global Procter & Gamble (P&G) L’Oreal sites during a major acquisition. In the two-phase program, I oversaw preparation, planning, and execution strategies, providing routine executive reporting to monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain delivery timelines. I coordinated and managed detailed project scope clarification, technical design creation, and migration and implementation plans to ensure a seamless service transition. My efforts in this project led to 100% customer satisfaction, recognition awards from P&G and BT executives, and a revenue increase of $3M. As a Senior Regional Program Manager for the Americas region, I led an initiative to migrate 10 major tier 1 Volkswagen and Audi manufacturing sites in North and South America to BT WAN technology. I oversaw end-to-end coordination of technical design, testing, delivery, implementation, and post-launch services for each site. Through facilitating, communicating, and documenting all program aspects effectively, I contributed to creating a partnership between BT Group and Volkswagen in which priorities were aligned and maintained.
