I have a large experience in Telco's systems development life cycle, as head of division for prototypes validation (hardware, software and NMS), tests automation, conformance tests, industrialization, manufacturing tests, quality control, post sales and technical support teams in the last 11 years. I do consider myself an enterprising, dynamic, pragmatic, and ambitious person, always looking for improvements towards business success, with a consistent constructive attitude. My intellectual curiosity makes myself to be continuously growing, not only in my technical business areas, but also at my personal skills and networking perspectives. My creativity and innovation abilities also allow myself to face each new change or difficulty as a new challenge. My excellent organization abilities and vast experience in teams/projects management are essential to cope with the multiple simultaneous tasks and requests that make myself to be well succeeded in my far from routine working days.
