I describe myself as an experienced commercial manager, with a proven track record of work, dedication and collaboration in the information technology and services sector; with a strong focus on the North Zone market. I consider myself skilled in Business Processes, in negotiation, Planning and Supporting projects, Adviser by suggesting and identifying improvement actions on industrial processes and a total capacity to make commitments in a partnership context. I have been specializing in Management Solutions, especially SAP, where I daily reinforce my skills and Know-How about the Industry sector, as well as all infrastructure and security needed to support all Management Software. In addition, needs associated with CRM, B2B, B2C, ITSM, BCM, BPC have been allowing me to expand my knowledge, making me easily an excellent support for those who would like an opinion or suggestion on the way to follow. Finally, a professional characteristic that I consider to be an asset is resilience, availability, proximity and committed to finding solutions and levels of understanding in order to align long-term partnership relationships. In my free time, my hobbys are mostly focused on sports. I love Handball, Football, Volley and Padel. I try, whenever possible and my professional and family obligations allow, to practice football, Voley and Padel as much as possible.
