About Helder Mattos

I don’t just manage roadmaps — I build the organizational and technical engines that deliver them. With 15+ years across engineering, data, product, and go-to-market, I bridge strategy and execution in SaaS scale-ups (B2B and B2C). Originally from Brazil and now established in France, I bring a global perspective to solving messy, cross-functional problems.Currently on the Executive Committee at Bruce, I lead Product & Engineering, overseeing the full stack (ATS/CRM/ERP) and end-to-end user experiences. How I create leverage:Build & Scale - I implement modern engineering practices (CI/CD, observability, discovery/delivery) to increase velocity and quality. I stay hands-on (TypeScript, Python, AI workflows) because better decisions come from understanding the tools and trade-offs.Align & Deliver - I shape technical strategy that gets adopted and drives measurable business outcomes (customers, ops, revenue).Lead & Grow - I’ve managed €25M+ budgets and built diverse, high-trust teams in complex environments.I thrive where adaptability and clarity matter most. I speak EN/FR/PT/ES/IT and work effectively across cultures.Happy to connect with leaders building B2B SaaS, AI-enabled products, or scaling engineering organizations.
