I have successfully handled multiple high-priority tickets and requests, delivering prompt and professional service to government employees and external stakeholders. I value teamwork, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the IT team. I am eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the mission and vision of Centurion Selection.
