About Helen Aron

Helen is a Senior Associate at Per Ardua Associates within the Corporate Functions and Board practices. She is a HR specialist covering a range of senior Executive and Board level appointments for the firm. In addition to her search work, Helen acts as a DE & I Leader for the firm working on all Per Ardua’s DE & I initiatives, both internally and externally. This includes long term succession planning, tracking of data and research into pertinent diversity issues within financial services. Helen also works with Pantheon Leadership on providing best-in-class leadership advisory services for our clients. Per Ardua Associates are a FS search firm and about 10-15% of what they do is NED and Chair hiring with the rest at ExCo and the levels below. They have a number of different practice areas including Board, Corporate Officers (CFO, CRO, tax, treasury, etc), HR, Technology, Insurance, Asset Management, Corporate Retail Banking, FinTech and Real Estate. Per Ardua also have a sister business Pantheon Leadership which is a Leadership Advisory business dealing at Board and Senior Executive level in Financial Services.
