We work alongside Abbott Laboratories supplying patients with nutritional feeds that they have been prescribed by their Dietician. • Abbotts place the orders- then the pharmacy deal with the prescription side of things. • Matching up the prescriptions to the orders or arranging with the surgery for the correct prescription. • Calling Doctors surgery’s to request prescriptions for new feed added to feeding regime or for shortfall in original prescriptions. • All prescriptions are then remitted at month end to the PPA. • PID is of paramount importance. • Office Administrator • IM GROUP - Sheerness • June 2005 to April 2009 • Car Import company. • I dealt with arranging loads of brand new cars to be delivered to dealerships. • I liased with transport company for collection and delivery. • Another part of the job was to arrange for warranty work to be carried out and to submit claims for these jobs.
