About Helen Blom

Energetic, intuitive, creative, clear and direct communication characterize me. My strength is connecting with people I work with. In my work I use systemic viewing at organizations and teams so that what is initially not visible in the undercurrent becomes visible and non-visible patterns are shown. Because of my broad view on organizations, departments, teams,(culture and background of) people and their mutual cohesion, my expertise is guiding change processes and coaching people during this change. Change manager (agile coach, scrum master) My passion and experience are in the field of coaching teams through change. I set up teams, facilitate a team split or coach teams that are in change to a new way of working (for example, agile). I also facilitate architects and developers in creating and implementing technical solutions. Within the teams I pay attention to the well-being of individuals and if necessary, I do individual coaching. I also coach leadership on both team and individual level. Trainer When coaching my teams I use Systemic Viewing, this way of looking, ensures that what is happening in the undercurrent becomes visible, non-visible patterns are shown. This allows a coach, scrum master or anyone else to guide teams better and is a nice addition to agile working. This works very powerfully, which is why I have developed a Systemic Viewing training for (agile) coaches and scrum masters.
