Started my career working as a Fine Art Tutor for what was West Cheshire College based in Chester and Ellesmere Port while studying for my PGCE in Further and Higher Education. I saw an opportunity at the time to using my teaching skills as a training consultant at Compass Computer Consultants which delivered products such as ProSolution and ProMonitor to the FE sector. During my time at Compass I became their Training Manager leading a team of trainers and consultants who were sector experts providing consultancy and data migration to implement our product suite. Fast forward to present day I manage the professional services for ProSuite, PICS and Smart Assessor at Advanced, and still get to work with sector experts who are passionate about their products and delivering excellent customer service.
