About Helen Ellis

I’m a highly experienced administrator with over 25 years experience working in business’s ranging from children’s charities, automotive, beauty and education. My work history has given me the opportunity to work in business’s that are long established, where I have maintained the already high level of standards and working, to being involved with businesses that are in their infancy where I have been a crucial part of implementing data handling strategies that have been integral to the business success and development. I am a hands on practical and professional member of any business who can work independently with ease as well as being able to work within or lead a team. My career progression over recent years has been within the education sector. The beginning of this journey saw me hands on in a Primary School environment before moving across to an alternative provision offering therapeutic support and intervention to young people with trauma based needs or medical needs meaning that the mainstream environment was unsuitable. This setting really triggered my interest in the area of SEND which is where I see my future. The new opportunity I have will provide me with great insight and opportunities to expand my knowledge, skills and personal development.
