About Helen Irwin

I am a certified Project manager and Leader with over 15 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, focused on driving operational excellence, compliance and delivering projects. I have successfully led complex projects such as product and intercompany transfers, packaging changes, supply chain improvements, MDR readiness and overall risk management for Class medical devices. With a Blackbelt in lean six sigma I like to combine the methodology with my knowledge of compliance, regulatory affairs,operations and quality to streamline processes, reduce complexity, communicate clearly, reduce costs, and ensuring product integrity, with focus on delivering to customers on time. Working with cross functional teams is an area where I thrive and excel as communication and collaboration is one of my key strengths. With extensive manufacturing experience in end to end supply chain ( from master data to deliver ) my approach is practical and pragmatic. Outside of work, I’m on my bike as part of a cycling club or kayaking exploring the lakes and rivers in Switzerland. Currently working as a consultant but open for a suitable full time position.
