PROFILE An experienced and highly respected senior executive operating at board level within an International Bank. Currently Corporate and Transaction banking head at ANZ Europe also Bank appointed Trustee Pensions director. Previously held leading management roles at Citi, HSBC, RBS, Lloyds and Bank of America. Strong background in leading top tier financial institutions through both growth and rationalisation phases. History of achievement in development, execution and delivery of plans focused on revenue growth and cost reductions. Developed an executed Board approved transformation strategies in both previous and current roles. Extensive P&L and management responsibility (£10bn balance sheet) within multi-national financial services businesses. Currently the nominated Chair of Compliance and Operational Risk Forum within ANZ Europe. Other committee positions include London, Paris and Frankfurt Branch Executive Committee, European Risk Management Forum. Also approved FCA certification under the Senior Manager’s Regime. Appointed by CEO to the ANZ UK board as Trustee Director 2016 for the legacy pension scheme to act as independent supervisor of managed funds, debt securities, custodial services and securitisation of pension assets. Pensions and Lifetime savings Association certified. Attend quarterly board meetings to provide oversight and governance of both investment and audit committees ensuring long term investment sustainability and regulatory compliance.
