About Helen May

I’m a partnerships and alliances leader who builds and scales partner ecosystems that drive sustainable growth.Currently, as Director of Strategic Alliances & Business Development at LogicMonitor, I lead partner strategy and execution, with a focus on creating repeatable, scalable partner motions that deliver real commercial impact. Most recently, I spearheaded the launch of a channel programme that drove a 10x increase in resell revenue within six months, while expanding into new markets and enabling global partner growth. My strength sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Aligning executive vision with practical partner programmes, developing strong partner relationships, and empowering teams to perform at their best. I’m particularly passionate about building high-impact partner functions, developing partner talent, and creating environments where partnerships are treated as a core growth engine, not a side channel.
