I am confident, resilient and a clear communicator with high expectations of how I present myself. Throughout my life, I have always had strong interpersonal skills and enjoy liaising with people finding out exactly what they need. Even though I'm quite new to recruitment, I'm a very fast learner and eager to help and find people their destined career. I’m keen to connect with people and businesses that hold similar values to myself. My core values are at the heart of everything I do in both recruitment and everyday life. My first core value is integrity. Integrity is so important as I pride myself on always doing right by our candidates/clients and always speak to them with the upmost respect. In the past, we've had great feedback from our clients regarding our reliability, accountability, and honesty and we always strive to deliver excellence within the timescales agreed with our clients. My second core value is honesty. No matter what situation, I always provide our clients and candidates with honest and truthful feedback. This means we're always fully transparent and I hope to receive the same in return. We understand that for candidates, changing career or company is a big decision and we want to ensure its the right move for your personal circumstances. For our clients, being honest with market feedback and the current recruitment situation, is key to building long term relationships based on trust, integrity, and honesty. Lastly, communication and collaboration closely link to my core values of integrity and honesty. I enjoy working in partnership with our candidates and clients to deliver the best outcome for both parties. We aim to do this by providing feedback throughout the recruitment process and within a timely manner. I am keen to connect with people that hold similar values and beliefs to myself.
