About Helen Redpath

I coach and mentor people to encourage their personal growth both inside and outside of the workplace. I am particularly interested in how to enable consistent performance and support people to be at their best self; however they envision this. Coaching isn't always about the outcome; in many cases, the most significant element of a coaching relationship is the process or journey for the coachee. However, the need to make a change in your life no matter how small always lies at its core. I routinely coach people in the veterinary and retail industries, working with vets and retail professionals of all ranks. My professional background helps me appreciate the environment I coach in and enables me to establish a rapport with clients quickly.When coaching, I establish a confidential space where I can act as your sounding board and encourage you to take action on the things you want to change about your life. I also created and own Purple Badger Camping and Fishing Lakes with my husband, so when not coaching I have my wellies on welcoming guests and enjoying working outside for most of the year! Having created and operated my own businesses alongside working for Vets for Pets as a business advisor /consultant, I have a thorough understanding of what it's like to run your own business both on an emotional and financial level. I am also the proud mum of four children, two of whom are in their twenties and two who are not quite teenagers. We are also lucky to already be grandparents to three boys under five. I have always been passionate about maintaining the right balance between my work and personal life and really enjoy helping others find their own balance.
