Helen Storr is the director of Pivotal Pathways a company which is committed to coaching others to improve their skills and talents which is the most effective way of initiating and leading change. Helen works as an Associate to a number of larger consulting and coaching companies and works globally for these organisations. Her ability to be agile and adaptable attracts many organisations to engage her as an Associate. Helen's extensive experience in leadership, management, education, training and facilitating allows her to draw from many fields of current ideas and research, including neuroscience, various leadership theories, innovation and creativity. During the current crisis of COVID 19 she has dedicated herself to support current clients and others to understand and better cope with this highly disruptive change in our lives. Her experiences and passions also expands into the Health and Wellbeing aspect of leadership to support her many clients. She provides clients with a range of coaching experiences and also offers individualised workshops tailored to company needs. Helen is an experienced educator, administrator and facilitator and has had many experiences throughout her 30 years as an educator, the last 10 as Principal of a number of schools within the DEECD. She holds a number of qualifications as below: Diploma of Teaching; Bachelor of Education; Masters of Education (Leadership & Management); Certificate of Professional Coaching; Certificate in Executive Coaching; Certificate of Emotional Intelligence for Leaders; Certificate in the Art of Facilitation; Advanced Certificate of Facilitation; Trained Mentor School Principal. She has always been an initiator throughout her career and she is strongly committed to the professional growth of others.Helen's one-on-one/group coaching skills are highly developed and have provided many individuals/groups with an opportunity to improve their work performance and personal development. Specialties: Helen specializes in team building and supporting organisational change. She has an extensive understanding and knowledge of cultural change in organisations and can assist companies through developing high performing teams and a coaching culture within each organisation.
